Premiums 2023

Outlook:

  • The premiums for 2023 have been approved by the FOPH (average +6.6 premium increase) and have been published. 
  • Also encouraging is a recent customer satisfaction survey in K-Tipp, in which SWICA ranked first with the most "very satisfied customers".
  • Basel City: The KVG model "Santé" increases at the 2'500.- approx. +4.5%, Medpharm approx. +2%, the model "Telmed" approx. +14% depending on the situation. It is advisable to make a switch to Medpharm here. Contact our preferred provider directly within the legal deadlines, preferably after receiving the new policy. Email: novartis@swica.ch
  • In addition, there is as of 2023, a new KVG model called "Multichoice", 

Cross-border commuters:

  • 15% of Novartis employees are resident in Germany and 18% in France. Here it is pleasing that SWICA has been able to maintain low premiums with "Provita".
  • Cross-border tariff France: with SWICA (PROVITA TARIF) an adult premium of 259.40 is due, which could only be topped by Helsana with 162.80 per month.
  • Cross-border tariff Germany: is with SWICA (Provita tariff) 218.90, only Vivao Sympany with 214.00 minimally topped.
